下載或使用「親子智慧 ParentWise」（下稱「本 App」）即表示你同意本使用條款。如果你唔同意，請唔好使用本 App。
我哋授予你一個個人、非獨家、不可轉讓嘅授權，喺你擁有或控制嘅 Apple 裝置上使用本 App，用途限於個人及家庭非商業用途。你唔可以反向工程、複製、出租或者轉售本 App。
本 App 經 App Store 分發，同時受 Apple 標準最終用戶授權合約（EULA）規管。如本條款與該 EULA 有衝突，以較嚴格者為準。
本 App 嘅 AI 功能（問功課、育兒問答、通告掃描）由第三方 AI 模型生成，內容可能會出錯、過時或者不完整。
AI 回覆唔構成教育、醫療、心理、法律或者任何專業意見。凡涉及小朋友嘅健康、情緒、發展或者安全嘅事宜，請諮詢合資格嘅醫生、教師、社工或者其他專業人士。
功課答案請家長自行核對。你依賴 AI 內容所作嘅任何決定，風險由你自己承擔。
本 App 內嘅香港學校資料及評分屬一般參考性質，可能唔係最新。收費、學額、收生準則等請以學校官方公佈為準。我哋唔保證資料嘅準確性或完整性，亦同任何學校冇任何從屬或認可關係。
你嘅資料存喺你部裝置同你自己嘅 iCloud 帳戶。你有責任自行維持備份。我哋唔會儲存你嘅資料，因此無法協助復原因裝置故障、遺失、誤刪或者 iCloud 帳戶問題而失去嘅資料。
以下功能永遠免費，唔需要訂閱：功課管理、課表、日曆、學校通告、成長日記，1 個小朋友檔案，以及你自己裝置嘅 iCloud 備份同步（即係你換機或者用埋 iPad，資料一樣會同步，唔會唔見）。
ParentWise 家庭版訂閱解鎖：
如果你嘅訂閱完結，之前已經加咗嘅小朋友資料唔會被刪除亦唔會被鎖住，你仍然睇到同編輯到，只係唔可以再新增。
免費試用：你第一次使用任何 AI 功能嗰陣，會自動開始 3 日免費試用，唔需要付款、唔需要輸入信用卡資料。試用期完結後，AI 功能需要訂閱先繼續用得，但上面所有免費功能唔會受影響，你嘅資料亦唔會有任何損失。
訂閱條款：
付款由 Apple 處理，我哋唔會收到亦唔會儲存你嘅信用卡或付款資料。
本 App 按「現狀」提供，唔提供任何明示或暗示嘅保證。喺適用法律容許嘅最大範圍內，開發者唔會就任何間接、附帶、特殊或後果性損失（包括資料遺失、利潤損失、錯過死線或者依賴 AI 內容所致嘅損失）承擔責任。
本條款唔會限制任何依法不可排除嘅責任。
我哋可能隨時修改、暫停或者終止本 App 嘅任何功能（包括 AI 功能同伺服器服務），毋須事先通知。
本條款可能不時更新。重大改動會反映喺本頁頂部嘅日期。你繼續使用本 App 即表示接受更新後嘅條款。
本條款受香港特別行政區法律規管。

By downloading or using ParentWise ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and family non-commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, rent or resell the App. The App is distributed via the App Store and is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA; where these Terms conflict with it, the stricter provision applies.
The App's AI features are generated by third-party AI models and may be wrong, outdated or incomplete.
AI responses do not constitute educational, medical, psychological, legal or any other professional advice. For any matter involving a child's health, emotional wellbeing, development or safety, consult a qualified doctor, teacher, social worker or other professional.
Please verify homework answers yourself. Any decision you make in reliance on AI content is at your own risk.
Hong Kong school data and ratings in the App are for general reference and may not be current. Always rely on a school's official publications for fees, places and admission criteria. We make no warranty as to accuracy or completeness and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any school.
Your data lives on your device and in your own iCloud account. Maintaining backups is your responsibility. Because we store none of your data, we cannot help recover data lost through device failure, loss, accidental deletion or iCloud account problems.
The following are free forever and need no subscription: homework management, timetables, calendar, school notices, the growth diary, one child profile, and iCloud backup and sync across your own devices — so changing phone or adding an iPad never loses your data.
A ParentWise Family subscription unlocks:
If your subscription ends, children you already added are never deleted or locked — you can still view and edit them; you simply cannot add another.
Free trial: the first time you use any AI feature, a 3-day free trial starts automatically. No payment and no card details are required. When it ends, the AI features require a subscription; every free feature above continues to work and none of your data is affected.
Subscription terms:
Payment is processed by Apple. We never receive or store your card or payment details.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of profit, missed deadlines, or loss arising from reliance on AI content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the App, including AI and server-backed features, at any time without notice.
These Terms may be updated from time to time; material changes are reflected in the date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
