功課、課表、通告，一App搞掂

簡單講：ParentWise 唔需要開戶口。你輸入嘅所有資料（功課、課表、通告、日記、相片）存喺你部 iPhone 同你自己嘅 iCloud 帳戶。我哋（開發者）冇伺服器儲存呢啲資料，睇唔到，亦唔會賣。
唯一例外：當你主動用 AI 功能（問功課、育兒問答、掃描通告）嗰陣，你當時輸入嘅文字或者影嘅相會經我哋嘅中轉伺服器傳去 Google Gemini 處理，然後將答案傳返俾你。呢啲內容唔會被儲存。

我哋唔會收集任何個人身分資料。ParentWise 冇登入功能、冇用戶帳戶、冇分析工具（analytics）、冇廣告 SDK、冇追蹤器。我哋唔會收集你嘅姓名、電郵、電話、位置或者裝置識別碼。
以下資料由你自己輸入，只會存喺你部裝置同你自己嘅 iCloud：
呢啲資料唔會傳送俾我哋，除非你主動使用下面第 3 節講嘅 AI 功能。
App 使用 Apple CloudKit（容器 iCloud.com.parentwisehk.app）將你嘅資料備份到你自己嘅 iCloud 私人資料庫。資料由 Apple 儲存及加密，受 Apple 私隱政策規管。開發者無法存取你 iCloud 私人資料庫嘅內容。
如果你邀請家人共享，系統會用 Apple CloudKit Sharing 產生一條邀請連結。共享嘅資料仍然留喺 iCloud，只有你邀請嘅人先睇到。整個過程由 Apple 處理，唔會經過我哋嘅伺服器。你可以隨時喺 App 內停止共享。
當你使用以下功能：
你當時提交嘅文字內容或者相片會傳送到我哋託管喺 Supabase 嘅中轉伺服器（edge function），再由該伺服器轉發到 Google Gemini API 處理，最後將回覆傳返你部機。
需要留意：
建議：唔好喺 AI 提問入面輸入敏感個人資料（例如身份證號碼、住址、醫療紀錄）。你如果唔用 AI 功能，App 其餘所有功能都可以正常使用，唔會有任何資料離開你部機。
App 內置香港學校資料庫。當你查閱某間學校嘅詳細分析，App 會向我哋嘅伺服器發出請求，只包含該學校嘅編號，唔包含任何你或者你小朋友嘅資料。

我哋唔會將任何資料出售、出租或者用作廣告用途。
Premium 訂閱經 Apple App Store 處理。我哋唔會收到亦唔會儲存你嘅信用卡或任何付款資料 — App 只會向 Apple 查詢「呢部裝置嘅 Apple ID 有冇有效訂閱」，得到嘅答案只係「有」或「冇」，唔包含你嘅身分。3 日免費試用嘅計時器只存喺你部機本身，唔會上傳。
本 App 設計俾家長使用，唔係俾兒童直接使用。家長會喺 App 入面輸入關於自己子女嘅資料（例如名稱、班別、功課）。呢啲資料完全由家長控制，存喺家長自己嘅裝置同 iCloud，我哋唔會收集、存取或者處理。
我哋唔會有意識咁向 13 歲以下兒童收集個人資料。
裝置上嘅資料受 iOS 系統保安及裝置加密保護。iCloud 資料由 Apple 加密。所有網絡傳輸使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密。
根據香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》及其他適用法例，你有權查閱及更正你嘅個人資料。由於我哋唔會儲存任何個人資料，你嘅資料完全喺你自己掌控之中 — 你可以直接喺 App 或者 iCloud 設定入面查閱、修改同刪除。

Summary: ParentWise requires no account. Everything you enter — homework, timetables, school notices, diary entries, photos — is stored on your iPhone and in your own iCloud account. We (the developer) operate no server that stores this data, cannot see it, and never sell it.
The one exception: when you actively use an AI feature, the text or photo you submit at that moment is relayed through our server to Google Gemini for processing and the answer is returned to you. That content is not stored.

We collect no personally identifiable information. The app has no sign-in, no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no trackers. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, location or device identifiers.
The following is entered by you and stays on your device and in your own iCloud: child names or nicknames, class and school, homework, timetables, school notices, calendar events and reminders, diary text, and photos you take. This data is not transmitted to us unless you use an AI feature (section 3).
The app uses Apple CloudKit (container iCloud.com.parentwisehk.app) to back up your data to your own iCloud private database. It is stored and encrypted by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy. The developer cannot access your iCloud private database.
Inviting a family member uses Apple CloudKit Sharing to generate an invitation link. Shared data remains in iCloud and is visible only to people you invite. The process is handled entirely by Apple and does not pass through our servers. You can stop sharing at any time from within the app.
When you use AI homework help, AI parenting Q&A, or photo-scanning of school notices, the text or image you submit is sent to a relay server we host on Supabase (an edge function), forwarded to the Google Gemini API for processing, and the reply is returned to your device.
Please avoid entering sensitive personal information (ID numbers, home addresses, medical records) into AI prompts. If you never use the AI features, no data leaves your device.
When you view a school's detailed analysis, the app requests it from our server sending only the school's ID number — no information about you or your children.

We do not sell, rent or use any data for advertising.
Premium subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your card or any payment details — the app only asks Apple whether the Apple ID on this device has an active subscription, and the answer is a plain yes or no that carries no identity. The 3-day free trial timer is stored only on your device and is never uploaded.
ParentWise is designed for use by parents, not directly by children. Parents enter information about their own children; that information is entirely under the parent's control, stored on the parent's device and iCloud, and is never collected, accessed or processed by us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
On-device data is protected by iOS system security and device encryption. iCloud data is encrypted by Apple. All network traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.
Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and other applicable law you have the right to access and correct your personal data. Because we store none, your data remains entirely in your control — you can view, edit and delete it directly in the app or in iCloud settings. Questions: weskys@gmail.com.
